Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who has hands-on expertise in creating email templates, managing cold email, drip campaigns and running outbound campaigns using Apollo. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner with strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and a deep understanding of outreaching practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage email templates for outreach and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and maintain cold emails tailored for different industries.
• Monitor email campaigns using Apollo.io, ensuring lead conversion and engagement.
• Maintaining and sharing the conversion reports with stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance and share insights to improve.
• Ensure emails comply with global email sending guidelines (outlook and gmail)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience in email marketing, cold outreach, or lead generation.
• Strong experience with Apollo.io (mandatory).
• Proven ability to design high-performing email templates and sequences.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
