We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving customer engagement and lead generation through impactful email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote services, generate leads, and build customer relationships.
• Design engaging email templates and newsletters with a strong focus on content, graphics, and layout.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement for personalized campaigns.
• Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email content through A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates) and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with industry policies (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing tools, trends, and automation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven work experience (1–3 years) in email marketing, preferably in IT/digital marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
• Strong understanding of email analytics, deliverability, and automation workflows.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
