Email Marketing Specialist

As an Email Marketing Specialist at Comfort Click, you will play a vital role in building and managing end-to-end email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo. Your responsibilities will include developing dynamic segmentation strategies, implementing A/B testing frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams for brand consistency, and monitoring email metrics to optimize campaign performance. You will lead email database hygiene, list growth strategies, and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to GDPR/CAN-SPAM regulations. Your role will also involve researching and deploying new strategies and personalization techniques to drive lifetime value (LTV) and retention. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-8 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM within a high-growth eCommerce or D2C brand. Advanced expertise in Klaviyo is required, including flows, list management, reporting, and integration with eCommerce platforms like Shopify. Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Clever Tap is a plus. A strong understanding of email marketing metrics, best practices, and industry benchmarks is essential, along with proven experience in building automated journeys that enhance retention and repeat purchase behavior. The ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies is crucial, and knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing or troubleshooting is a bonus.
