As an Email Marketing Specialist at Scale Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in drafting, managing, and enhancing our email marketing campaigns. The perfect candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, exceptional copywriting abilities, and proficiency in utilizing email tools for performance optimization. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging, on-brand email content for newsletters, campaigns, and announcements. You will be tasked with constructing and overseeing email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. Additionally, segmenting email lists and customizing communications for targeted audiences will be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring performance metrics like open rates, CTR, and conversions and delivering regular reports will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with marketing and leadership teams to ensure messaging alignment with strategic objectives is an integral part of the role. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in creating and managing professional email marketing campaigns. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on tone, clarity, and accuracy are essential. Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and HubSpot is highly desirable. A basic understanding of HTML/CSS would be advantageous. Moreover, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within specified deadlines is crucial.
