About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist, located in Noida. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools, generating leads via email, analyzing campaign performance data, and optimizing email strategies. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and product updates
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy aligned with brand tone
• Design and build responsive email templates using drag-and-drop tools or HTML
• Segment mailing lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement
• Create automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement)
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions (add on bonus)
• Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign inputs

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing
• Proficient in tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, etc.
• Familiar with email automation, segmentation, and list hygiene
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
