Email Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:
Develop email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
Campaign Management:
Create, schedule, and deploy engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
Audience Segmentation:
Build and manage targeted email lists based on customer behaviour, demographics, and engagement patterns.
Content & Design:
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
Automation:
Set up triggered campaigns using email automation tools.
Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
Deliverability:
Maintain high deliverability rates by following best practices, list hygiene, and compliance with GDPR/anti-spam laws.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable insights.
Tool Management:
Manage and optimize usage of platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
Strong understanding of email marketing tools and CRM systems..
Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
Familiarity with deliverability best practices and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
