Job Description

Overview
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Expert to join our marketing teamThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to improve engagement and conversion ratesThis role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices

Key Responsibilities
Campaign DevelopmentDesign, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy and objectives

Content CreationCreate compelling and engaging email content, including copy, images, and calls-to-action, to drive customer engagement and conversions

Segmentation and PersonalizationDevelop and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted email campaigns

A/B TestingConduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and send times

Performance AnalysisMonitor and analyze email campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

List ManagementMaintain and grow our email subscriber list, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

AutomationDevelop and manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns

CollaborationWork closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure email campaigns are cohesive with other marketing efforts and brand guidelines

Stay UpdatedKeep up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our email marketing efforts

Qualifications
EducationBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, Brevo, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems

Analytical

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing metrics and reporting tools

Content

Skills:

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email content

Attention to DetailHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail

CommunicationStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications
HTML/CSSBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization

Graphic DesignExperience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create or modify email visuals

Marketing AutomationExperience with marketing automation tools and strategies

SEO/SEM KnowledgeUnderstanding of SEO and SEM principles as they relate to email marketing
