Role Overview

The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support sales growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end email campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
Craft compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action
Segment and maintain accurate email lists for personalized outreach
Monitor campaign metrics (open, click-through, conversion, bounce, unsubscribes) and recommend improvements
Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance
Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations
Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in email or digital marketing
