Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute result-driven email marketing campaigns

• Build, clean, and manage targeted email lists and databases

• Create visually appealing and engaging email templates and newsletters

• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics like open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, and conversions

• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance

• Ensure email content is aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy

• Maintain email marketing best practices and comply with GDPR/spam regulations

• Work closely with the design, content, and social media teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing or digital marketing

• Strong command over English (both spoken and written)

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, MailerLite, Constant Contact, etc.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus

• Strong copywriting and editing skills

• Analytical thinking and ability to read campaign data

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
