Email Marketing Executive – Job Description

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Creation & Execution:

o Plan, design, and send email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho Campaigns.

o Work on promotional, transactional, and drip email campaigns.

2. Email List Management:

o Maintain and grow email databases while ensuring data is clean and segmented.

o Monitor bounce rates, unsubscribes, and spam complaints to maintain list health.

3. Content & Design Collaboration:

o Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop email templates, subject lines, and CTAs.

o Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly email layouts.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

o Monitor open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and other key metrics.

o Generate performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.

5. A/B Testing:

o Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, send times, content layouts, and CTAs.

o Implement findings to improve engagement and campaign ROI.

6. Compliance & Best Practices:

o Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

o Follow email marketing best practices to avoid spam filters and increase deliverability.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho, etc.)

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting

· Strong copywriting and editing skills

· Knowledge of audience segmentation and email automation flows

· Analytical mindset and attention to detail
