Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Develop email lists and maintain data hygiene across databases
• Use A/B testing and data analysis to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and sales teams to ensure consistency across messaging
• Segment audiences for targeted campaigns and personalized messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices
• Stay up to date with trends and technologies in email marketing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Constant Contact)
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation tools
