Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical installations on construction sites, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of projects. The Electrical Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, lead the on-site electrical team, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

1. Project Planning:

a. Collaborate with Project Managers to understand Project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

b. Assist in creating Project schedules and plans for installations.

2. Material Management:

a. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to the site.

b. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure availability of necessary materials.

3. On-Site Supervision:

a. Lead the installation team on-site and assign tasks to team members.

b. Ensure that installations are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.

c. Provide guidance and support to the team members.

d. Assign tasks to electricians and other workers, ensuring proper utilization of resources.

e. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.

4. Safety Compliance:

a. Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers follow safety regulations.

b. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the team.

5. Client Communication:

a. Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

b. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the electrical work.

c. Ensure client satisfaction with the quality of electrical installations.

6. Quality Assurance:

a. Conduct inspections to verify that Electrical work meets industry standards and project specifications.

b. Address any issues related to quality and work with the team to implement corrective actions.

c. Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of electrical work and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

d. Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from project requirements.

7. Installation and Commissioning:

a. Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and equipment.

b. Ensure that installations meet the required quality and safety standards.

c. Oversee the commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.

8. Documentation:

a. Maintain accurate records of all work, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.

b. Prepare reports for project managers and stakeholders on a regular basis.

c. Prepare and certify the Measurements & work completion details for billing.

Qualifications:

Ø Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Ø Leadership and team management skills.

Ø Communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
