Role Description

• Providing Technical support and troubleshooting support for Customers.

• Guiding customer for going for AMCs and Develop Spares business for Solar Inverters all ranges.

• Establish standardized approaches in accordance with best practice, system design and installed equipment.

• Ensure knowledge and approach of all technical aspects are well understood and consistently applied by all engineers.

• Support the ‘back-office’ function in technical matters.

• Travel to installed sites.

• To ensure personal and site health and safety procedures and protocols are followed at all times to understand, assess and mitigate risks effectively.

• Prepare and execute projects and initiatives that will improve safety, environmental, and process performance of the plant including capital improvements

Key skills and competencies: -

• We are looking for highly talented, motivated and self-driven individuals having sound knowledge and expertise in Solar industry.

• Knowledge of the local language. As Field work is Mandatory.

• Must be Enthusiastic, Energetic must have the Zeal to achieve.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently.

Qualification: -

• Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical).
