Key Responsibilities Closely monitor installation activities at customer sites to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure seamless installation of electrical, home automation, and lighting products while minimizing error rates. Identify and promptly address process deviations during installation. Document errors and deviations in a structured manner and present performance metrics. Escalate critical issues systematically and work towards providing effective resolutions. Qualifications B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field). 0–2 years of experience in automation, electricals, or related industries. Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and reporting. Basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculations, and AutoCAD. Understanding of power systems (single-phase/multi-phase), inverters, and generators. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Key Measures of Success Accuracy and structure in on-site documentation and reporting. Error-free, smooth, and timely installations. High-quality execution standards maintained across projects.
