Electrical Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Closely monitor installation activities at customer sites to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure seamless installation of electrical, home automation, and lighting products while minimizing error rates.
• Identify and promptly address process deviations during installation.
• Document errors and deviations in a structured manner and present performance metrics.
• Escalate critical issues systematically and work towards providing effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 0–2 years of experience in automation, electricals, or related industries.
• Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculations, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of power systems (single-phase/multi-phase), inverters, and generators.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
