Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables, act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders with high level of responsiveness. 6. Co-ordinate with consultant for on time GST filing, getting attendance & wage register, payslips, EPFO/ESI challan, audit reports etc., Qualifications: Civil Engineering – BE (or) Diploma. Proven experience as a Project Assistant or similar role supporting senior management. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges as required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proven experience in line routing, pole erection and stringing work, cable jointing and termination work, earthing and lightening, commissioning works. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) , and installation standards. 2. Derive bill of quantity of fabrication material based on route survey and finalize the quantity requirement to place order 3. Coordinate with equipment vendors, QA/QC teams, and client representatives during fabrication material inspections before delivery and collect the material test reports 4. Check fabrication material is received against order and coordinate with supplier for the balance missing material 5. Keep records for material receipts from customer and keep the customer signed copy 6. Reviewed construction drawings and ensured field execution aligned with design layouts, including cable route plans 7. Coordinate with labour team for the daily progress and ensure work progress 8. Ensure the materials availability at site for pole concreting, machinery availability for intershifting and installation of poles, cable drums etc., 9. Maintained daily site activity reports, progress logs, and material consumption record 10. Supported preparation of method statements, job safety analysis (JSA), and risk assessments for on-site electrical tasks 11. Maintain documentation works such as Route map, Test reports, Material inspection reports, Pole schedule, As-built drawings and material reconciliation work both for customer and internal supply of fabrication material B. Qualification: 1. B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering 2. Class B or Class A Electrical Supervisor License C.
