Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision: Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring work is executed as per design and quality standards.
2. Project Execution: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar plant installations.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance:Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and project specifications.
4. Coordination & Communication: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and technicians to ensure timely project completion.
5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and operation. 6. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain records of project progress, inspections, and site activities.
Requirements: - Must have completed Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering - 2-4 years of experience in solar plant/site execution.( solar Rooftop and Ground mounted Project) - Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical layouts, and safety procedures. - Ability to manage on-site teams and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
