Site Engineer is Responsible for safe execution of HVAC system at site

and on time completion

Co-ordination with customer and internal stakeholders, consultants.

1. Should assess and inform the construction team for

the rectifications

2. Panel installation works

3. Adherence to various electrical standards

4. Should know structural work for supports

5. Working at height experience must

6. Should follow all safety guidance and protocols

7. Cable tray laying

8. Cable laying activities

9. Proactive planning is must

10. Experience to various mechanical activities like ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation is added advantage

11. Should be able to get the work done as per the GA/layout drawings, cable schedule

12. Should know proper glanding and termination at

Panel end

13. Should know glanding and termination at instrument

end

14. Should have complete knowledge of various makes

of PLC’s, DDC panels.

15. Should be able to establish 3rd party communications

with main control system.

16. Should lead the electrical contractor team at sites.

17. Complete documentation is must for installation and

commissioning part

18. All pre-commissioning checks and prerequisites must

be ensured for smooth commissioning for trouble

free operations

19. Should effectively use 3rd party OEM services to avoid

cost overruns

20. Quality compliance must

21. All relevant standards must be ensured.

22. Measurements certifications

23. Billing as per PO annexure
