Preparation of Fire Alarm, PA system& CCTV Layout. Preparation of Cable Tray, Trench & Raceway Layout. Preparation of Earthing Layout Preparation of Lightening protection layout Preparation of External Lighting Layout Preparation of Estimate & Quantity Calculation Capability to study Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm drawings of different system & understand its operation. Knowledge and experience of Load Calculation of High Side such as Transformers and DG Sets. Well versed with concepts of Electrical Design Preferred candidate profile Electrical Design Engineer who has minimum 8 years of Electrical designing/ drafting experience in a real estate developer company in NCR Perks and benefits
Role & responsibilities Oversee planning, execution, and completion of precast construction project. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Provide technical guidance on precast technologies and methodologies. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Lead and manage a team of supervisors, and construction workers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants. Implement and maintain quality assurance and control measures. Manage project planning, procurement, and contract management. Coordinate with PMC, clients, and design teams on project issues. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field . Minimum of 10 years in precast high-rise building construction Required Strong technical knowledge of precast technologies and construction methodologies.
