Job Summary:

Role & responsibilities

Conduct quality checks during precast production, including reinforcement, mould preparation, concrete quality, curing, and finishing.
Perform
pre-pour and post-pour inspections
for all precast elements.
Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
Monitor concrete quality; ensure correct batching, slump, strength, and curing parameters.
Ensure strong control on RMC mix design
, material proportions, and trial mixes for factory production.
Inspect precast element delivery, handling, storage, and installation at site.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain QA/QC documentation including checklists, ITPs, NCRs, and corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards for precast construction in high-rise projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
6-8 years experience in precast quality control for high-rise or large-scale projects.
Good knowledge of precast production processes, concrete technology, and QA/QC procedures.
