Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description :- Company : Go Fashion India Ltd Position : Executive - Maintenance Experience : 3 - 5yrs Qualification : Diploma / BE (Pref Electrical dept only) Salary : 4.5 LPA - 5 LPA Key Responsibilities :- Receive and categorize maintenance complaints from stores by type and urgency. Maintain accurate documentation and submit detailed reports to top management on maintenance activities. Keep detailed logs of daily maintenance activities and report on key metrics. Analyze each complaint in detail to understand root causes and required actions. Assign maintenance tasks to field technicians based on priority and expertise needed. Identify and engage suitable vendors for maintenance tasks, particularly in remote locations. Resolve maintenance issues over the phone whenever possible to expedite service. Ensure that maintenance work is executed according to the established plan and timelines. Validate and verify the quality of completed maintenance work before closing out tasks. Follow up with vendors and the operations team to ensure timely submission of maintenance-related invoices. Negotiate costs with vendors to secure the best rates for maintenance services. Ensure accurate and timely processing of maintenance-related invoices and billing. Follow up with stakeholders regarding payments related to maintenance services.
