Responsibilities include:

1. Hands-on

   installation and commissioning

   of process plants (E&I scope).
2. Designing and developing new control systems, P&ID's, Loop drawings, Connectivity Diagram,
3. Instrument Hookups drawings, Cable Block Diagram (CBD), Instrument Loop Wiring Diagram, Area
4. classification drawings.
5. . Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems. Trouble shooting for any problem related to
6. Instrumentation.
7. . Project management within cost and time constrained environments.
8. . Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality
9. standards.
10. . Providing advice and consultancy support.
11. . Purchasing Instrument's equipment.
12. . Review Instrument list, Datasheet. Selection of Instruments for controlling Flow, Pressure, Level,
13. Temperature etc.
14. . Control System Specifications and Instrument Installation and site visit as and when required.
15. . PLC programing, Design and development of PLC Panel Layouts.
16. . Participate in HAZOP analysis, Bill of Material (BOM), Junction box specifications, MCC specifications,
17. Electrical connection details, Installation specifications.
18. Developed I/O Schedule from P&ID's., Instrument Cable Schedule.
19. Preparations of Cable tray specifications.
20. Prepare specifications for valve accessories, like actuator, positioner, solenoid valve etc.
21. . Communicate with customer for Instrumentation related queries.
22. . Assistance in commissioning.
