Assurance and expertise to projects and operations, including maintenance, inspection and turnaround, through recommendations from planned and day to day assurance, including oversight of technical solutions and technology developments and engineering studies, risk assessments. . Contributing to the health of the discipline and setting expectations on engineering technical practices for the business to maintain the technical integrity of assets. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional with Minimum 1 to 12 years Experience in handling E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) installation and commissioning for process. Responsibilities include: Hands-on installation and commissioning of process plants (E&I scope). Designing and developing new control systems, P&ID's, Loop drawings, Connectivity Diagram, Instrument Hookups drawings, Cable Block Diagram (CBD), Instrument Loop Wiring Diagram, Area classification drawings. . Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems. Trouble shooting for any problem related to Instrumentation. . Project management within cost and time constrained environments. . Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards. . Providing advice and consultancy support. . Purchasing Instrument's equipment. . Review Instrument list, Datasheet. Selection of Instruments for controlling Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature etc. . Control System Specifications and Instrument Installation and site visit as and when required. . PLC programing, Design and development of PLC Panel Layouts. . Participate in HAZOP analysis, Bill of Material (BOM), Junction box specifications, MCC specifications, Electrical connection details, Installation specifications. Developed I/O Schedule from P&ID's., Instrument Cable Schedule. Preparations of Cable tray specifications. Prepare specifications for valve accessories, like actuator, positioner, solenoid valve etc. . Communicate with customer for Instrumentation related queries. . Assistance in commissioning.
