As an Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer, your role will involve designing, installing, and commissioning instrumentation and control systems for dairy processing equipment. You will be responsible for calibrating sensors, flow meters, temperature probes, pressure gauges, and other measurement devices. Additionally, you will develop and implement control strategies for automated dairy processing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of instruments to ensure minimal downtime. - Diagnose and repair faults in control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and other automation equipment. - Ensure accurate measurement of parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, pH, and conductivity. - Maintain documentation of instrument calibration, maintenance schedules, and compliance reports. - Train plant operators and maintenance staff on the proper use and handling of instrumentation. - Support risk assessments related to process control and automation systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems, preferably in dairy or food processing.
