Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in line with international standards. Ensure compliance with CE, UL , and other relevant electrical standards and certifications IEC 61439-1, 61439-2. Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, and customer inspections. Implement 5S methodology across the manufacturing floor and QA department. Lead Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost. Evaluate and qualify vendors; ensure quality of incoming components and materials. Establish inspection criteria for incoming, in-process, and final stages. Preferred candidate profile Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and process discipline Excellent communication and documentation abilities Leadership and team mentoring capabilities Ability to handle customer audits and technical discussions
