🔌 Job Opening: Diploma Electrical Engineer (3–4 Years Experience) Project: Basalt Hills – A Luxury 20-Acre Villa Development by Ascenta (Khalapur) We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer (Diploma) with 3–4 years of hands-on site experience to join our execution team for Basalt Hills, a premium gated villa community featuring advanced infrastructure, clubhouse, STP, internal roads, and high-end amenities. This role requires strong technical understanding, on-site problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless electrical works across the project. ⸻ 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Electrical Infrastructure Planning & Execution • Assist in planning and execution of entire electrical infrastructure (internal electrification, street lighting, feeder pillars, LT panels, earthing, conduits, cabling, etc.) • Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, load calculations, IS codes, and safety standards. • Coordinate excavation, conduit laying, cable routing, and RCC interface works with civil teams. 2. Vendor, Contractor & Consultant Coordination • Work closely with the electrical consultant to ensure correct implementation of design. • Liaise with vendors for supply of cables, panels, transformers, poles, switchgear, etc. • Supervise contractors on daily execution, work methods, timelines, and BOQ compliance. 3. Quality Control & Material Verification • Verify make, quality, gauge, and specifications of all incoming electrical material. • Ensure proper storage, handling, testing, and documentation of electrical items. • Conduct random checks on cable insulation, continuity, earthing pits, and lighting fixtures. 4. Drawings, Documentation & Reporting • Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams. • Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report), material consumption sheets, and work checklists. • Report deviations or design clashes with civil/landscape/MEP drawings. 5. Safety & Compliance • Ensure workers follow all electrical safety norms and PPE requirements. • Conduct basic toolbox talks on electrical hazards. • Maintain compliance with statutory norms and support approvals from DISCOM if required. 6. Testing & Commissioning • Assist in testing of cables, fixtures, street lights, control panels, and power systems. • Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. • Ensure snag rectification before handover. ⸻ 🔹 Skills & Competencies Required • Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) • 3–4 years of proven experience in site execution for residential / villa / plotted development / infrastructure projects • Strong knowledge of LT works, load distribution, street lighting, earthing systems, cable routing, DB installation, and electrical safety • Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred) • Good communication skills for coordination with consultants, PMC, contractors • Ability to work in a structured, time-bound, and quality-controlled execution environment • Willingness to be present on-site at Khalapur as required 📍 Job Location: Basalt Hills, Khalapur (Old Mumbai–Pune Highway) 📅 Joining: Immediate 💼 Role Type: Full-time, Site-based
