Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for managing & leading Electrical Production & Process of elctro-mechanical pannel at P. R. Engineering Works in the Greater Kolkata Area. He/she should have sound knowledge in Electrical Engineering field with a minimum work experience of 2-3 years managing a team of electrical technicians involved different electrical equipment assembly & wiring, gear-motor assembly, testing and commissioning in plant.

The Production supervisor will be responsible for:

• Delivering production as per Electrical Job Execution Plan (JEP), meet production goals ensuring safety, quality with assembly within dedicated timelines and manage electrical inventory. Record production progress and inventory consumption periodically, to ensure timely procurement and production within dedicated timelines.
• Manage Electrical testing equipment maintenance, calibration, testing and usage periodically.
• Manage work allocation of available manpower to various workstations during the shift, in order to utilize the workforce effectively.
• Manage and reduce shrinkage of workforce to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency in the production.
• Verification of logbooks along with waste in the shift and conduct technician training on manufacturing safety & hazards.
• Carry out breakdown maintenance for all equipment within the shortest possible time during the shift.
• Maintain record of production status, time, technician involved and observations. Also track production capacity.
• Communicate the roadblocks and resolve with support from Leadership team.
• Conduct customer inspection of the end product (HV Isolators) and support in Inspection report preparation.

Mandatory Eligibility:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 2-3 years experience in managing group of electrical technicians
• Good Communication, multi-tasking and Organization Skills
• Willing to learn faster and implement as per organization requirement

Selected Candidate for the role will be expected to work in-person from the factory located at Howrah, West Bengal six days a week (Mon to Sat) between 8:30AM to 6:30PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹168,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
