Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to take on the Lead Electrical Engineer role within our LT (Low Tension) Panel Factory. The successful candidate will oversee the design, manufacturing, and quality control of electrical panels, ensuring the efficient operation of factory processes. The role requires frequent travel to different factory locations to provide technical support, ensure product quality, and optimize processes across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead the electrical engineering team in designing and manufacturing LT panels in compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, etc.).
• Oversee the assembly and wiring processes, ensuring all electrical components are installed according to electrical safety regulations.
• Project Management:
• Manage project timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of products to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain, etc.) to streamline the manufacturing process.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including schematics, technical specifications, and progress reports.
• Quality Assurance & Testing:
• Ensure the quality of electrical panels meets company standards through rigorous testing and inspection.
• Oversee functional testing of electrical panels to ensure they are operational and meet design specifications.
• Investigate and resolve any electrical issues during production or after deployment, minimizing downtime and customer complaints.
• Factory Optimization & Process Improvement:
• Conduct regular assessments of factory operations, identifying areas for process improvement to optimize production efficiency.
• Implement new technologies and electrical solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase output.
• Ensure electrical designs are adaptable to evolving factory processes.
• Travel for Site Visits & Troubleshooting:
• Travel to other factory locations as needed to provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with local engineering teams.
• Coordinate and lead factory visits, ensuring electrical processes and product quality align with company standards.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all electrical work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports on factory visits, project progress, quality inspections, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and records for all electrical components, designs, and revisions.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate closely with factory management, production teams, and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a point of contact for all electrical-related concerns across various factory sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in panel manufacturing or similar industry.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in the design and production of electrical panels (Low Tension).
• Experience with electrical CAD software and panel design tools (AutoCAD, Eplan, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
