 Sales Executive - Technical Field Operations Overview We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined Junior Sales Executive to manage field operations. This role is pivotal in conducting precise site surveys, leveraging technical knowledge to demonstrate product superiority, and accurately capturing detailed customer requirements. The ideal candidate must maintain a highly professional appearance and be results-driven. Key Responsibilities Technical Site Surveys: Conduct mandatory, in-depth on-site surveys and technical assessments at customer locations to gather data, evaluate feasibility, and ensure accurate project scoping. Technical Product Differentiation: Utilize technical knowledge to clearly and persuasively explain the features, specifications, and key differences of our products/services versus the competition. Needs Analysis: Engage actively with prospects to understand their technical requirements, operational challenges, and business goals. Sales & Target Achievement: Manage the sales pipeline, nurture relationships, and consistently work to meet and exceed sales targets. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all field activities, technical findings, and customer interactions in the company CRM system. Mandatory Requirements Vehicle: Candidates must possess a personal two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) and a valid driving license. This is compulsory for daily field travel. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical field sales, direct marketing, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Professional Attributes Impeccable Grooming: Must adhere to high standards of personal grooming (including neat shaving/well-maintained facial hair) and present a polished, professional appearance at all times. Personality: Must possess a positive, confident, and engaging personality, capable of quickly building trust and rapport with technical and non-technical clients.       Compensation & Benefits Salary: Compensation is totally dependent on the candidate's experience, technical background, and proven performance. Incentives: An attractive performance-based incentive structure will be provided in addition to the fixed salary, rewarding successful target achievement and sales conversion. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field) or equivalent technical qualification. Sound Technical Knowledge related to our industry/products is essential. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage time and field schedule independently.
