Key Responsibilities Field Site Surveys: Conduct mandatory on-site surveys and assessments at potential customer locations to gather data, evaluate needs, and determine project feasibility. Product Expertise: Clearly and persuasively explain the features, benefits, and key differences of our products/services versus the competition. Technical Site Surveys: Conduct mandatory, in-depth on-site surveys and technical assessments at customer locations to gather data, evaluate feasibility, and ensure accurate project scoping. The core function is to understand customer requirements for solar energy solutions and efficiently arrange qualified meetings for our Field Sales Executives. 📋 Core Responsibilities Online Lead Calling: Promptly call and engage with all new inquiries and leads generated through various online channels (website, social media, ads, etc.). Requirement Analysis: Effectively communicate with potential customers to clearly understand their solar energy needs, site specifics, and budget. Product Education: Provide accurate and compelling information about SOLAR INDUSTRIES solar products (like solar panels and inverters) and services. Meeting Arrangement: Successfully schedule and confirm site visit appointments/meetings for the Sales Executive based on the qualified leads' interest and suitability. Documentation & Coordination: Accurately update customer interaction details and meeting status in the CRM system/Excel sheet. Maintain close coordination with the Sales Team for smooth lead handover. 🔑 Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Lead Qualification. Education: Graduate in any field or equivalent. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and the local language are mandatory. Strong persuasive and listening skills are a must. Core Skills: Proven ability to qualify leads, handle customer inquiries, and set appointments. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel) is required. Preference: Prior experience in qualifying leads for Solar or a related industry is advantageous. 💰 Compensation and Work Schedule Monthly Salary: ₹ 12,000/- to ₹ 15,000/- (Based on experience and competence). Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on achieved targets for meeting arrangement/sales. Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Holiday).
