ZETATEK OPEN POSITION Job Title Electrical Design Manager Number 1 of Positions Experience Level 4-6 years Educational Bachelor’s Degree in EEE and ECE and Instrumentation or any other equivalent qualification Qualifications Location Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Position Type Permanent. Mandatory Skills Extensive experience in Electrical Designs Involve in Designs reviewing and finalization. Guide and assist departments to design and develop products as per the project requirements. Selection of electrical components and instruments as per the project requirement. Example: Electrical components: Contactors, MCB/MPCB/BCCB/RCCB, timers, Relays, size of the wires etc. Instrumentation Components: Process instruments, Sensors, Actuators, Data loggers, Recorders, PLCs, HMIs etc. Design process charts and implementing the same. Design verifications / debugging / design validation to be done to satisfy the end user requirements. Fundamental knowledge in ISO, IEC and CE norms including EMI/EMC. Good experience in selection of various sensors, Actuators and instrumentation depending on the project requirement. Good Hands on experience in handling third party process instruments and integration between Process instruments / PLCs / HMIs without compromising the project requirement. Sound Knowledge in selection, configuration and integration of different process controllers. Example: Eurotherm, Watlow, Yokogawa, Ascon etc Sound Knowledge in PLC programming, to handle all kind of PLCs available in the market. Example: Siemens, Phoenix, Allenbradly etc. Sound Knowledge in HMI configuration including writing macros as per the project requirements and create User friendly Graphical user interface (GUI). Example: Weintek, Maple, ESA etc. Good Knowledge in Electrical drafting software like Ecad, AutoCAD , Elecworks(Solidworks) etc. Knowledge in different industrial protocols like MODBUS, Profibus etc. Good understanding of basic concepts of electronics and electrical engineering. Knowledge of different wiring techniques, soldering techniques is essential. Must have exceptional Troubleshooting skills Knowledge in Mechanical components, their working and functionality. Liaises with other departments to ensure that the required information is available when needed and customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner Understanding software structures and coding languages.
