Job Description

Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical design for solar PV projects, including DC/AC systems, cable sizing, and protection systems.
Oversee design documentation, including technical specifications and drawings.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely, within-budget project delivery.
Mentor and manage a team of electrical designers and engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5-8 years in electrical design for solar power projects.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, PVSyst; knowledge of solar electrical systems and grid codes.
Leadership: Experience managing teams and coordinating projects.
