Electrical Design Engineer

• Support design and engineering of utility-scale and C&I solar PV projects,

including site layout, SLDs, and interconnection diagrams.

• Prepare and review electrical BOQs, cable schedules, earthing, lightning

protection, and transformer sizing.

• Perform load flow analysis, short circuit studies, and protection coordination.
• Coordinate with procurement and execution teams for technical reviews and

approvals.

• Assist in finalizing technical specifications for key components such as inverters,

transformers, switchgear, cabling, and substation equipment.

• Prepare project-specific documentation including RFQs, compliance checklists,

and equipment layout drawings.

• Provide design support during site execution, commissioning, and technical

troubleshooting in coordination with the site team.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes (CEA, IS, IEC), DISCOM/grid

interconnection norms, CEIG requirements, MNRE guidelines, and other industry

standards.

• Support preparation of technical documentation for CEIG approval, SLDC

coordination, and utility interface.

• Participate in technical and commercial evaluations during bidding/tendering

stages.

• Collaborate with SCADA, monitoring, and automation teams for integration of

electrical systems into centralized control platforms.
