Qualification - B.Tech/ Diploma - Mechanical , Electrical

Experience - Min 10–12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry

Salary - Upto 6.6 LPA + Accommodation + Food

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician cum Mechanical Head to lead and manage all aspects of electrical and mechanical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting across our facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong hands-on background in both electrical systems and mechanical equipment, along with proven leadership experience in handling a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Responsibilities:

* Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, panels, motors, wiring, and lighting.

* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.

* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and local codes.

* Conduct regular preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical infrastructure.

Coordinate with utility providers and regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals.

2. Mechanical Responsibilities:

* Supervise maintenance and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC, compressors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

* Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

* Identify mechanical issues and propose corrective actions.

* Monitor the performance and efficiency of mechanical equipment and machinery.

* Maintain records of machine service and maintenance logs.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

* Lead a team of technicians and junior electricians/mechanics.

* Assign daily tasks and supervise work quality and safety.

* Train and mentor team members on best practices, SOPs, and safety protocols.

* Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement needs.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

* Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and internal policies.

* Maintain accurate documentation for all electrical and mechanical systems.

* Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting.

* Familiarity with PLC systems, VFDs, control panels, and industrial automation (preferred).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

* Knowledge of statutory safety and compliance standards.
