Role Overview: We are looking for a Project Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Solar, Electrical, or Battery Energy Storage projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling design, installation, testing, and commissioning of renewable energy and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Independently carry out Site surveys for understanding the project requirements. Design and prepare drawings (SLDs, layouts) for Solar PV, Electrical & BESS projects. Lead installation, testing, and commissioning at project sites. Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards & safety protocols. Manage project schedules, site teams, and vendor coordination. Provide technical support for BD, troubleshooting for Customer Service, and client updates. Requirements: B.E./Diploma in Electrical / Renewable Energy (or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience. Knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, Electrical Systems & tools (AutoCAD, PVsyst, ETAP). Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
