Role Objective: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing initiatives including SEO optimization, content creation, graphic design, social media marketing, and outbound campaigns such as email marketing. Knowledge or experience in website design and management will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings and organic visibility Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO, and collaborate with teams for off-page strategies Track SEO metrics using Google Search Console and Analytics ✅ Content & Creative Development: Create compelling written content for posts, blogs, emailers, and web pages Design creatives, infographics, brochures, and banners using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. ✅ Social Media Management: Plan, curate, and schedule posts across platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X Monitor trends and audience engagement to refine strategy and maximize visibility Run paid or organic campaigns to promote engineering solutions and services ✅ Outbound Marketing (Email Campaigns): Design and send targeted email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc. Build and manage segmented mailing lists Track and analyze email performance (open rate, click rate, conversions) ✅ Website Maintenance (Preferred Skill): Update and manage website content (preferably via WordPress or similar CMS) Assist with layout/design enhancements and ensure technical SEO compatibility Coordinate with developers for website improvement projects ✅ Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others to monitor campaign success Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing capable of working independently.
