Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies. The EHS resource will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS programs, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national EHS regulations.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Conduct EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Maintain documentation and records related to EHS compliance.
Coordinate with external agencies for audits, inspections, and certifications.
Promote sustainability initiatives and environmental conservation practices.
Monitor waste management, hazardous material handling, and emergency preparedness.
Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
Risk assessment and hazard identification.
Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and EHS management systems.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely certification.
Experience in corporates for minimum 10 years EHS practices.
Familiarity with sustainability and ESG reporting.
