Job Description

Job title: EHS Analyst Key responsibilities: Safety culture transformation of the organization by implementing various safety standards, legislation and rules. Risk Assessment workshop utilizing analytical tool such as HIRA and HAZOP. Internal Safety Audit and carry out Audit as per IMS (Integrated Management System of ISO - 9001, 14001 & 45001). Near Miss, Unsafe Observation, Process Incident/Accident, Site Incident/Accident Reporting in Online Company Portal and make & Arrange the Follow plan. Should have knowledge of ETP, STP & WTP and Verify the standard parameters set by MPPCB. Organise Third Party Monthly Environment Monitoring for Maintaining legal Parameters given by MPPCB. Ensure Statutory Compliance related with EHS. Conduct various trainings on Health, safety & Fire topics for various business partners and employees. Ideal candidate experience: BE/BTech and Diploma in Industrial Safety- with 7 to 10 years experience. Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional): Good Communication and interpersonal skills, Sound knowledge and exposure of SAP and Safety Systems and procedures Good knowledge and exposure of Legal Compliance related with EHS Proficiency in Computers Problem Solving and Coordination Skills Qualifications/ certifications: BE/BTech/Diploma in Industrial Safety- with 7 to 10 years experience.
