Protocol preparation, Report preparation and Method Validations Knowledge is must. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all microbiological activities, including testing, analysis, and research. Supervise and lead a team of microbiologists, providing guidance, training, and evaluation to ensure optimal performance. Review and interpret test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Identify and implement improvements to existing microbiological processes, methods, and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all microbiological activities, including test results, procedures, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, quality control ,research and development for continuous improvement initiatives.
