  • Answer questions about study material, exams, and certificates.

  • Keep records of calls and student details.

  • Stay updated with course changes and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from any field.

  • Minimum 6+ months of experience in counselling, sales, or support.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.

  • Confident, well-spoken, and presentable.

  • Basic understanding of IT is an added advantage.
