Keep records of calls and student details. Stay updated with course changes and market trends. Qualifications: Graduate from any field. Minimum 6+ months of experience in counselling, sales, or support. Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. Confident, well-spoken, and presentable. Basic understanding of IT is an added advantage.
