Educational Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively connect with prospective students across phone, email, and messaging platforms to learn about their academic background, career aspirations, and motivations.
• Assess individual goals and guide candidates toward the most suitable learning paths and educational program options that align with their needs.
• Deliver clear, compelling information about curriculum structure, learning outcomes, schedules, tuition plans, and the overall value of our educational offerings
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admissions journey—providing timely assistance and follow-up to ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience.
• Contribute to enrollment growth by meeting or exceeding monthly outreach and conversion goals through strategic follow-ups and relationship-building.
• Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of all communications and progress using our internal CRM systems and tools.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for prospective students by practicing active listening, empathy, and sincere guidance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (recent grads are welcome!). 
• 0–2 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, education sales, or a similar student-facing role. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
