Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gorakhpur for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The position entails managing customer relationships, identifying client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating with internal teams for customer projects, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and results. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for client queries and contribute to developing strategies to enhance customer engagement.

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate and interface with clients and teams effectively
• Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data and assess customer trends
• Experience in Project Management to oversee and coordinate client-related tasks
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Relevant experience in customer-oriented roles and familiarity with CRM tools will be beneficial
