Education Partnerships & Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Develop proposals, quotations, contracts, and reports for institutional clients.
  • Liaise with school coordinators and decision-makers to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Serve as a

    primary point of contact

    for both

    B2B (schools)

    and

    B2C (parents)

    stakeholders.
  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, prospects, and interactions.

2. Parent Liaison & Support

  • Communicate program details, travel logistics, and FAQs to parents in a clear and reassuring manner.
  • Organize

    pre-departure orientations

    for parents and students.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to address parent concerns before, during, and after programs.
  • Build trust with families by ensuring

    transparency, safety, and timely updates

    .

3. Inside Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and contact decision-makers at schools and education groups.
  • Generate new business opportunities and facilitate pitch meetings (virtual & in-person).
  • Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable programs.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales in line with company strategy.

4. Sales & Operations Support

  • Coordinate between sales, operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with travel documentation, vendor follow-ups, and program scheduling.
  • Support the operations team during peak program periods with

    ground-level coordination

5. Market Research & Continuous Improvement

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to inform strategy.
  • Gather client and parent feedback to enhance program quality.
  • Recommend improvements in sales processes, communication, and service delivery.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience, preferably in

    B2B K-12 education, inside sales, or client success roles

    .
  • Strong English communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; quick to learn new AI tools.
  • Comfort in dealing with

    both institutional clients and parents

    .
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in educational travel, study tours, or career counseling programs.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
