Education & Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Education & Operations Manager to lead and oversee the academic and operational activities of our online tuition academy. This role requires a balance of academic excellence, tutor management, promotional initiatives, and operational efficiency to deliver high-quality learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities Academic Management

• Oversee curriculum design, updates, and implementation across subjects.
• Ensure academic quality by monitoring class delivery and student outcomes.
• Coordinate with tutors to maintain teaching standards and innovative methods.
• Plan and schedule classes, workshops, and special academic programs.

Tutor Hiring & Management

• Recruit, onboard, and train qualified tutors.
• Manage tutor performance and provide regular feedback.
• Build a strong tutor community with regular engagement and motivation programs.

Promotions & Growth

• Collaborate with the marketing team for student acquisition campaigns.
• Design and promote special academic packages, crash courses, and seasonal offers.
• Represent the academy in webinars, events, and partnerships to enhance visibility.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, attendance, and student support.
• Manage payment flows (escrow or instant) and ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain academic and operational reports for leadership review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection guidelines.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in academic management / edtech / operations.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance academic quality with business growth.
• Knowledge of online learning tools and digital platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
