Sales & Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Implementation Coordinator to manage the complete client engagement cycle — from lead identification to solution delivery. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing proposals, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and providing on-site implementation support across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Identification & Qualification:
• Research and identify potential leads aligned with our IT service offerings.
• Maintain and update the lead database.
• Proposal Management:
• Prepare and send professional proposals to clients.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain client communication.
• Client Engagement:
• Visit client sites to gather business requirements and understand challenges.
• Demonstrate solutions and explain benefits.
• Implementation Support:
• Coordinate with the technical team during the implementation phase.
• Provide on-site or remote support to ensure smooth deployment.
• Train client staff on solution usage when required.
• Relationship Management:
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Gather feedback for service improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
