Sales & Implementation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification & Qualification:

  • Maintain and update the lead database.
  • Proposal Management:

  • Prepare and send professional proposals to clients.
  • Follow up on proposals and maintain client communication.
  • Client Engagement:

  • Visit client sites to gather business requirements and understand challenges.
  • Demonstrate solutions and explain benefits.
  • Implementation Support:

  • Coordinate with the technical team during the implementation phase.
  • Provide on-site or remote support to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Train client staff on solution usage when required.
  • Relationship Management:
