Education Officer

Wishes and Blessings, a Noida-based NGO, is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and driven individual to join our team as an Education Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing age-appropriate, activity-based learning modules
• Conduct teacher training sessions and classroom observations to ensure quality teaching practices.
• Engage in community outreach to identify and enroll children in need of educational support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to students, teachers, and centre activities.
• Support daily operations at multiple education centres and coordinate with teaching and support staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of early childhood and informal education methodologies.
• Experience in teacher training and hands-on classroom observation.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media handling is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various centre locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Ed. or MSW (with specialization in education, community development, or social work).
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the development or education sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
