SuccessVisa is seeking an experienced, dedicated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Education Counselor to join our dynamic team in Mohali/Chandigarh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all student applications, contributing directly to client success and overall operational efficiency.

About the Role

As SuccessVisa continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Education Counselor to join our purpose-driven team. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end application processing for international students pursuing ELICOS, VET, college, and university programs. This includes conducting thorough documentation checks, coordinating with subagents to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in education consultancy, admissions processing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stay updated with course offerings, visa policies, and provider partnerships
• Capability to liaise with education providers to ensure timely issuance of offers and Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs)
• Ability to follow up on leads to achieve enrollment targets

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in education consultancy, admissions processing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM systems, application portals, and document management workflows
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases simultaneously

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
