Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Guidance

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students’ academic goals, interests, and challenges.
Provide guidance on suitable courses, programs, universities, and career paths.
Assist students in shortlisting options based on their academic profile and aspirations.

2. Admissions & Enrollment Support

Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, application steps, deadlines, and required documentation.
Guide students through application submissions and follow-ups.
Support students with scholarship information and financial planning options (if applicable).

3. Career Planning

Advise students on career opportunities related to their chosen field.
Provide information on industry trends, job roles, skill development, and certification programs.

4. Communication & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Conduct counseling calls, emails, webinars, and information sessions.
Collaborate with academic teams, universities, and external partners when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
